Donna,
I hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. It
was a pleasure meeting you, your husband and son. You are very lucky to
have them and I know the are lucky to have you, because I know how
fortunate I am to have you in my life and my sons life. It was so good
to finally have a face to go along with your sweet soothing voice. It's
very comforting. I want you to know that I appreciate everything you
have done for me and my family. Thank you very much, and please know
that I am always there for you if you should need me. As you know it
was very hard for me to leave Tranquility Bay, but I must say my heart
is no longer heavy. I know my son is in very capable, loving and caring
hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Take care and I look
forward to seeing you real soon!

Dear Tranquility Bay Staff,
I want to thank each and every staff person at TB. You all have and are
still helping me to save my son's life. Before we sent our son into the
Program my whole family's life was so stressed and upside down. We were
literally worn out by my sons behavior. He was ditching school, getting
drunk, coming home whenever he wanted, and sometimes not at all. He
would curse at us when we would discipline him and walk out of the
door. Only God knew when he would return. We know this had to stop and
found your Program which has been a Blessing to my son and to my
family. I want to thank Jay for always keeping us informed of what's
going on at TB, and the Family Father's for always holding my son
Accountable. I also want to thank Carmen Ebanks for keeping my son
real, giving him guidance and for being a mother figure to him. Through
her words, guidance and genuine concern for my son, I personally feel
connected to my son and I am able to communicate through her. She truly
is a Blessing and a wonderful person. Thank you all for helping us help
our son.

Mrs. Senior,
With this letter I would like to express my appreciation for all your
professionalism, positiveness, and effort to handle your challenges
with my son and all the others in the facility. All the information
that you have provided us has been so useful and has given us comfort

for your energy you put into my child. I realize what I couldn't do to

Tracey, since I have known you, you have done nothing but show as much

This is a letter of thanksgiving for the time and effort and most of
all love you have shown on behalf of our son. Our son has been at the
facility since April of this year and is currently at Level 2 and
growing. He came to the facility a bitter, closed and untrusting
individual but already he has evolved into a gentler more trusting
person. Having completed Focus this weekend, we applaud you for the
difficult task you have taken upon yourselves to transform our son. We
anticipate and look forward to the day when we will again be able to
share our love with our son and this time in a more meaningful and
effective way.

You are the beacon of light our family was searching for. We were at
the end of our rope with trying to make a decision on what to do with
our son. It was very painful and my husband and I knew that our son was
headed either to the morgue or prison. What a lonely place to go with
your child that was once alive and vibrant. We found your school on the
Internet and within 3 days he was there! Wow, I delivered an uncaring,
drug filled, lazy boy to you that had given up on all his greatness and
you are bringing me back a whole new life of possibilities.

Dear Staff Members of Tranquility Bay,
We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to you
for your dedication and support. After attending Discovery and Focus
Seminar, it really showed us just what a difficult job you have in
working with the Teens. It has also given us an opportunity to meet
many school graduates and learn of their experiences and triumphs after
they have completed their Program. If these schools were not available
to us, I'm not sure just what we could do in a situation like we had.
The education and training you provide our son is invaluable.

Dear Tranquility Bay,
It is with deep appreciation that we are writing this letter to you. We
want to thank you for taking the efforts that you do to change our
daughter's life. We are so thankful to God that your facility was
available to help us. We have had a wonderful experience with your
staff and especially with Ms. Nash. Everyone has been very warm and
receptive to our concerns for our daughter. We think that the Program
you have to offer is absolutely awesome. It has been amazing to see the
growth in our daughter in such a short time. This Program is not just
about behavioral modification but it is about Character Building and
life transformation. Not only has this program changed our daughter's
life but it has also changed ours. The Seminars that we have attended
have taught us so much about ourselves and our daughter. We can't
imagine coming through this experience hot having been forever changed.
We would like to thank the staff for all the love, concern, patience as
well as firmness and dedication you have all given. We look forward to
coming to PC1 and meeting all of you and of course seeing our daughter.
It will be an amazing reunion, we are sure!!

Dear Mrs. Mittilyn Clarke,
I have come to learn that everything changes and even the darkest hour
brings a time of reflecting the brightest light. This light is made up
of all the colours of the rainbow grow together in their purity to be
one. At the present time my son's light appears fragmented through his
choices and actions. Thank you for putting your heart and soul out for
myself and my son and reflecting his life back at him. He is a
magnificent being, sensitive, loving and caring and once he finds love
for himself he will be able to love those around him once more. I
acknowledge and appreciate all that is being done, said, shared and
reflected to my son.

commitment to our children in helping find their lost lives is truly
courageous. The job of guiding children in the toughest and most lonely

under your care. I am in awe of what you must do everyday, especially
now that I have just completed Focus. The work that I have done and

dedication, her constant service to my son and the other teens, and her

wanted to say thank you, very much for the time and effort you are
providing for my daughter. I have done my best in giving my daughter
all the skills for living I have, and I feel that the school family can
bring us to the next level. I also want to thank the schools for
realizing it is not just about the children that are there but the
enitre family unit. I have just completed Focus Seminar and I feel very
excited for both my daughter and myself. I am also in a monthly support
group who are devoted to continuing the lessons we have learned. Again,
